These Terms & Conditions Govern your access to and use of our website www.nuviewsolutionsltd.co.uk and any related services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services:

We provide exterior cleaning and specialist support services, including but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing

  • Carpet Cleaning

  • Solar Panel Cleaning & Pest Prevention

  • Gutter cleaning & Maintenance

  • Window cleaning

  • Roof Cleaning

  • Surface Restoration & Sealing

  • Ground Clearance & Maintenance

  • General property maintenance and support services Including specialist height access

Service details will be confirmed in your quote or booking confirmation.

Quotes & Pricing:

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Prices may change if additional work is required or if conditions differ from the information provided.

  • Any changes or extras will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

Booking & Cancellations:

  • A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed (and deposit paid if required).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

  • We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reschedule any bookings at our discretion.

  • Nuview Solutions Ltd will take no liability for the incompletion of works on proposed dates due to weather conditions out of our control.

Access Requirements:

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to all work areas.

  • Remove fragile items, vehicles, or obstructions.

  • Inform us of any structural issues, defects, or surface weaknesses.

If access is restricted, we may charge for lost time or return visits.

Health, Safety & Environmental:

  • We follow UK health & safety guidelines.

  • Some of our services involve the use of chemicals; handled safely and responsibly by our trained operatives.

  • Children, pets, and visitors must be kept away from the work area during work.

  • We prepare Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) tailored to each individual project.

Damage & Liability:

We take care to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing defects, wear, or structural weakness.

  • Water ingress in poorly maintained areas.

  • Damage caused by unstable, brittle, or aging materials.

  • Stains or marks that cannot be removed due to surface condition.

    Payment Terms:

All Commercial Clients will be invoiced on completion of the work, the total amount due on the invoice is payable within 14 days (this is subject to credit check). Commercial clients with bad credit may be asked to pay for our service up front via proforma invoice before any work is undertaken.

Where applicable any invoice not paid after 30 days from the date of issue may be subject to a late payment fee of 5% of the initial invoice value and interest will continue to be added at the rate of 5% per week.

Domestic Customers: You will be invoiced immediately on completion of work and the total due on the invoice is payable immediately. If the balance is not paid within three business days, we reserve the right to add interest to the outstanding balance at a rate of 5% per week

Any cheques received that are returned unpaid are liable for an additional 5% charge. Go cardless customers please be aware that the date the payment leaves your account and the date the service is received will not necessarily align but the payment received will be for works completed in the same calendar month.

  • We accept bank transfer, card payments, or cash.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or recovery costs.

Results & Guarantees:

  • Cleaning results vary based on age, condition, and material.

  • No guarantee is given that all stains (e.g., oil, rust, deep algae) will be fully removed.

  • Guarantees apply only where stated in writing.

Photos & Marketing:

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing.
You may request that photos of your property are not used publicly.

Insurance:

Backed with £5Million Public Liability Insurance inclusive of works at height

followed by £10Million Employers liability cover

Complaints:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our work, please notify us within 48 hours.
We will inspect the issue and take reasonable steps to resolve it. Customer satisfaction provided by safe methods of work is of our highest concern!
